Nigel started his career as an advertising photographer shooting subjects as diverse as fashion, aviation, food and cars, to name but a few. These days his great passion is solely the capture of striking imaginative informal images.
As he puts it, “I really enjoy the detail, excitement and buzz that only a wedding ceremony can provide; it gives me the opportunity to create a portfolio of work that is contemporary, vibrant, and colourful.
As a photographer, I am given unique insight to record the essence of an emotive day in all its guises.
Weddings by their very nature are warm, fun and full of surprises, I want my subjects to relax, enjoy, and have some fun with their photography.”
Nigel’s unique work has been published in Cosmo Bride, You and Your Wedding, A Kentish Wedding, and The Daily Mirror, and has been featured on television.
He has also exhibited at the National Wedding Show, Olympia and received a number of Master Photographs Association awards for a very individual style.
Nigel is happy to photograph wedding ceremonies throughout the length and breadth of the UK. International enquiries from couples are always welcome.
He is a fully qualified member of, The British Institute of Professional Photography, The Master Photographers Association and The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
Nigel is a founder member of the specialist ‘ICON’ photographers group.
